Cancellations and order changes are handled by our team directly — have your order number ready.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed. At that point, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery through our return process and place a new order for what you want instead.

Heads up: discount codes can't be added to an order after it's placed.
