1. Open the return portal and find your order (order number + contact info).

2. Select the items you're returning and the reason.

3. Choose "Ship with your own carrier" and submit.

4. Ship the package with any carrier you like, and write your order number on the package.

Once we receive it, inspection and refund processing take up to 7 business days. Returns must reach us within the 14-day window from when you received your order — see What is your return policy?
